SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered once it has been accepted by the carrier.

Stitched 31:13 is not responsible for delays cause by shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. 

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.
